Janice Vrdoljak

Janice Vrdoljak is the chief business officer. She has oversight of the Finance, Project Management, and Information Governance functions, in addition to all workflow and cross-functional initiatives across the firm. Janice helps shape firm wide strategy and our strategic narrative, guide organizational planning, and drive the development and implementation of operating policies. Based in New York, she joined the firm in 2003. Janice is a member of the Jennison Business Management Team and Jennison's Diversity and Inclusion Council.

Previously, Janice worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management as a vice president, responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, control, and analysis for the Global Investment Management Technology and Operations division. She began her career at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. with a focus on firm-wide public reporting.

Janice received a BBA in accounting and an MBA from Pace University. She previously served as a member of the Parish Advisory Council for Sts. Cyril & Methodius Church. She is fluent in Croatian.
