Prior to joining Jennison, Elena worked at Mellon HR Solutions (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers Kwasha HR Solutions) managing Fortune 500 client defined benefit plans. She earned a BA in human resource management and psychology from Pace University and is a Certified Compensation Professional.
