Steven Gavios is a financial services equity portfolio manager and research analyst covering financials. Based in New York, he joined the firm in 2005.
Previously, Steven was a senior managing analyst at Dreyfus covering insurance, stock brokerage, and asset management companies, while also co-managing the Dreyfus Premier Financial Services Fund. Prior to Dreyfus, he was a senior analyst at Bear Stearns and Kidder Peabody.
Steven holds a BA in economics from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Steven is fluent in Spanish and French.
