At Jennison we believe there is strength in our differences. Our inclusive culture is a result of our tightly held corporate values, which incorporate principles of meritocracy and a focus on individual contributions and performance. This is reflected in the diverse composition of our community where women and minorities are not only nearly 60% of our overall organization, but also well represented among our senior leaders and investment professionals.

Volunteering

Volunteering is one of the most fulfilling and impactful ways for us to give back to our local communities. We support a range of non-profit organizations including youth and senior programs, arts and music programs, underserved and crisis-stricken community aid programs, veterans and military support programs, and programs that promote success through education. Some of our partners include New York Cares, Jersey Cares, and St. Elizabeth Seton Children’s Foundation.

We offer our employees paid time off to volunteer at the not-for-profit organizations of their choice.
