Jason Swiatek is the head of small and mid cap equity and a small and smid cap portfolio manager. He is responsible for overseeing the investment process, strategy implementation, and risk management for Jennison's small and mid cap platform. Based in New York, Jason is also a member of the Jennison Management Team.
He was a founding member of Jennison’s capabilities in small and smid cap equities when Prudential’s (now PGIM) public equity asset management capabilities were transferred to Jennison in 2000. Prior to being named a portfolio manager, Jason was a small cap equity analyst at Prudential. Before joining Prudential, he worked at Munistat/PFA, Inc.
Jason received a BS, summa cum laude, in finance from Canisius College, where he also focused on small business development at the Center for Entrepreneurship. He is a CFA charterholder.
