Elena Amato is the chief human resources officer. She joined the firm in 2004 and has held several roles with increasing responsibility. Prior to joining Jennison, Elena worked at Mellon HR Solutions (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers Kwasha HR Solutions) managing Fortune 500 client defined benefit plans. She earned a BA in human resource management and psychology from Pace University and is a Certified Compensation Professional.
