Welcome to Jennison!
Congratulations on your new position. We are excited you will be joining the Jennison team. Prior to your first day of employment, you need to complete new hire paperwork. This page contains the forms you will be required to complete and bring with you on your first day.

New Hire Forms
Please print and complete forms from each section and bring with you on your first day of employment. We will collect these forms during your orientation. Other necessary forms and information will be provided during orientation. Please refer to your Welcome Email, from which you opened this link, for your orientation schedule.

FORM 1: Work Eligibility, I-9
Jennison is required to complete a Form I-9 "Employment and Eligibility Verification" for all newly hired employees to verify their identity and authorization to work in the United States. This applies to both U.S. citizens and non-U.S. citizens. You need to provide documents that establish both identity and employment eligibility from a list of acceptable documents as determined by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Please fill out page 1, Section 1 of the I-9 form in the link below. Bring the completed form on your first day of employment along with identifying documentation. Acceptable documents are listed on Page 5.

FORM 2: Withholding Allowance Certificates, W-4
Jennison is required to deduct federal income taxes from employee's pay and remit the money to the government. In order to calculate the correct amount of income tax to be deducted, you need to complete Form W-4, a federal tax form, to indicate the appropriate personal exemptions to be claimed. From this information Jennison will calculate the correct amount to withhold from each employee paycheck to cover tax liability. Remember that you can file a new W-4 anytime and should do so if your situation changes (including marriage, change of address, etc). A change in status can result in more or less tax being withheld.

Please fill out the W-4 form. Bring the completed form on your first day of employment.
